Teddy's Ice Cream at Teeling

To celebrate the re-opening of the Teeling Whiskey Distillery, Teeling have partnered with the iconic Dublin Teddy’s Ice Cream to bring some summer fun to Dublin 8, with all visitors to the distillery during June getting a complimentary Teddy’s 99 when they take a tour!

Tours will be running in June from Thursday to Sunday.

Teeling's Phoenix Café and pop-up shop are open 7 days a week and is fully stocked with goodies from local craft producers, including cupcakes and brownies from the Cup Cake Bloke, a range of pastries from Medialuna, locally roasted coffee from Cloud Picker and now the iconic Teddy’s Ice Cream, normally only available when on day trips out to Dun Laoghaire!

On top of the traditional Teddy’s 99 being available (and yes they have flakes), the guys have developed a Teeling Whiskey Salted Caramel sauce which can be added to your ice cream.

Also available is a special Teddy’s Teeling Ice Cream Sundae which has lashings of the Teeling Whiskey Caramel sauce and crumbled brownie from the Cup Cake Bloke with optional Teeling Whiskey soaked raisins.

Commenting on the Teddy's partnership, Jack Teeling founder of Teeling Whiskey said: “Given the year we have all endured we wanted to bring a bit of fun and life into the distillery this summer so what better way to do so than partnering with such an iconic Dublin ice-cream. It's like we have brought the sea-side to the city centre and while combined with our signature Teeling Whiskey Caramel it’s a great combination. We are very excited to be back open and we look forward to welcoming visitors through our award-winning distillery experience and marking their visit with a free Teddy’s Ice-Cream.”

"We are back open for tours! Come and experience the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of our fully operational distillery. We can't wait to see you soon!"
