Asador Presents ‘Flavours of Spain’

Asador, on Haddington Road in the heart of Dublin 4, has gained a reputation for cooking the best of Irish seasonal produce over fires of oak, apple and hickory hardwoods, imparting delicious smokey notes to aged steaks and the freshest seafood.

On Friday April 12th, Head Chef Robert Sabongi will showcase the skills of his team, and the versatility of the Asador, with a one night only ‘Flavours of Spain’ five-course tasting menu expertly paired with a flight of Spanish wines. Priced at €125 per person, this is a must for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine.

Five wonderful courses, paired with the perfect wines! The menu brings to life the flavours of Spain and gives you a tase of Summer to come. Wines are sourced from Continental, Atlantic and Mediterranean vineyards and will be presented by Antonio Lorente from Vinostito.


Asador emphasises sourcing the very best Irish produce for it's menu. Collaborating with local suppliers and farmers, the team ensures that each ingredient is of the highest quality, contributing to the overall excellence of the dishes. From farm-fresh vegetables to locally sourced seafood, the commitment to exceptional ingredients is evident in every bite. Suppliers include Sustainable Seafood Ireland, Nugent’s Fresh Produce and La Rousse Foods.
