I'm absolutely delighted & honoured to have been chosen as a Finalist for Drinks Writing, in the Spirits Category, by the Irish Food Writing Awards!!
When I received the news yesterday that I've reached the final I was over the moon. Putting this blog and website together over the past few months has been a real labour of love and it's moments like this that make it all the more worthwhile.

I'd like to say a big thank you to the folks at The Irish Food Writing Awards for taking the time to judge all the nominees and for putting the other finalists and myself forward for the final.
Congratulations to the other finalists..
The Winner will be announced mid November, for now I'd like to sincerely wish the very best of luck to all the other finalists.. stay tuned!

Winners Announced here, while I wasn't a Winner this time around, I was genuinely delighted to be considered and couldn't have lost to a better candidate than Oisin Davis, the category Winner, congratulations Oisin!
