Celebrating 15 years of award-winning dining at Pichet!

Chef Patron Stephen Gibson fulfilled a life-long dream of running his own restaurant when he opened the doors of Pichet on Dublin’s Trinity Street in 2009. After many years and numerous countries, working at every level of cuisine, up to three star Michelin, Stephen realised his personal preference was for ‘nice, simple food’ that tasted really good. And so, the ethos of Pichet – 'Dublin’s Best Modern French Restaurant’ - was realised. Awards and accolades quickly followed, and their ‘Crispy Hens Egg’ became a must have dish!

A celebratory dinner will be held on Sunday, 23rd June, when guests will enjoy a 6 course menu showcasing the style of Pichet through favourite dishes of the last decade and a half. Each course is expertly paired with a complementary wine and live music and entertainment will add to the festive mood. Diners will also receive a printed copy of a specially created collection of recipes, featuring a range of Pichet classics. The commemorative e-book will also be available for free download on the Pichet website.

Tickets are available to book now via Eventbrite, priced €95 per person. All profits from the 23rd of June will be donated to Breast Cancer Ireland.
