CLASH Bar and Bites brings bold flavours and craft cocktails to Portobello

At CLASH, the menu is as vibrant as the venue, offering dishes designed to delight, surprise and satisfy. Small plates include bold bites like BBQ Chimichurri Wings (€12.95), made with Irish Manor Farm chicken, tossed in tonkatsu BBQ sauce and finished with a zingy chimichurri, lime wedges and coriander. The Grilled Lemon, Parsley & Garlic Prawns (€13.50), on Sourdough arrive topped with chorizo jam, rocket and slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, a perfect pairing of land and sea.

The Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders (€13.50) pack a smoky punch, layered with creamy slaw, house pickles and BBQ sauce inside a toasted brioche bun while lighter sharers include the Tomato Bruschetta (€10.95), grilled sourdough topped with vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, fresh basil and balsamic glaze.

Main courses at CLASH include the Rigatoni in Slow Roasted Tomato Sauce (€16.95), a must-try, rich, velvety tomato sauce paired with creamy burrata and aromatic basil pesto, delivering comfort and bold Mediterranean flavour in every bite. For steak lovers, the Irish Beef Fillet Medallions (€27.95) deliver bold flavour and sophistication, paired with peppercorn sauce, golden fries, and a rocket and parmesan salad. 

For those who love a comforting classic with a twist, the Beer-Battered Fish & Chips (€19.95) features locally sourced white fish in a light, crispy batter with wasabi tartar, hand-cut fries, and a sharp rocket and pickled onion salad elevating a pub favourite to a modern must-try. Or why not indulge with the Korean Fried Chicken (€18.50) burger with kimchi, cheddar, garlic mayo, honey siracha sauce, house pickles & baby gem lettuce.

And for a laid-back slice of indulgence, CLASH’s Flatties (from €14.00) deliver big flavour, from classic Margharita, to Pepperoni with honey & chilli flakes, and Crispy Bacon & Mushroom with rocket and parmesan.

Adding to the excitement, NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello also celebrates the return of its iconic Bottomless Brunch series, bringing flavour, flair and fun to the heart of Dublin. Taking place on selected Sundays from 12pm – 4pm, each edition promises a themed celebration – from End of Summer Glam (14th September) to a Spooktacular Halloween Bash (26th October), 'Twas the Month Before Christmas Party (16th November), and a Merry & Bright Christmas Brunch (15th December).
