Clash Bar & Bites brings the buzz back to weekend brunch at NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello

NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello is turning up the volume on weekends with the relaunch of its new brunch menu at Clash Bar & Bites, now served every Saturday and Sunday, pairing big flavours, feel-good vibes and a bottomless drinks menu made for lingering afternoons.

The Clash Bar & Bites brunch menu is unapologetically indulgent, led by standout sweet dishes such as Strawberry & Vanilla Cheesecake French Toast (€15.50), featuring cinnamon-infused brioche, macerated strawberries, vanilla cream cheese and buttery digestive crumb. Brunch classics also shine with the American Fluffy Pancake Stack (€14.95), topped with fresh berries, vanilla whipped cream and maple syrup.

Savoury plates bring serious comfort, from Pulled Pork & Eggs (€14.95) with 12-hour pulled pork shoulder, hash browns, poached eggs and hollandaise, to Avocado on Toast on grilled sourdough with refried kidney beans, guacamole, poached egg and balsamic roast cherry tomatoes.

For lighter bites, guests can opt for the NYX Caesar Salad or NYX Chopped Salad, priced from €10.95, with the option to enhance with grilled chicken, garlic and lemon prawns or honey and chilli roast halloumi.

As brunch drifts into the afternoon, the menu expands to include Clash favourites and burgers, such as the Grilled Irish Beef Burger (€18.50), b (€18.50) and Beyond Meat Vegan Burger (€16.95), alongside sides including truffle and parmesan fries (€6.50) and charred tender stem broccoli (€5.50).

The experience is elevated with an optional bottomless drinks package priced at €29.95 per person, offering 90 minutes of free-flowing cocktails. Guests can sip on brunch favourites including a zesty Paloma with tequila, grapefruit and lime, classic Mimosas with orange or cranberry juice, Aperol or Hugo Spritzes with prosecco and soda, a fruity Sex on the Beach, or a refreshing Cuba Mule with white rum, lime and ginger beer.
