Coca-Cola's Real Magic Christmas Experience Returns to Dublin and Belfast

This year, Coca-Cola is inviting people across the island of Ireland to find their inner Santa as they announce that the Coca-Cola Real Magic Christmas Experience will once again visit Dublin and Belfast.

The event will make it's first stop in Dublin’s RDS from the 30th November until the 3rd December and will then travel to Belfast’s Titanic Quarter from the 8th to the 10th of December. Coca-Cola is calling on people across the island of Ireland to spread the spirit of Santa by bringing friends and family together at the festival to share in the Christmas magic! Visitors can book slots (2.00pm - 5.00pm and 6.00pm - 9.00pm) through the Coca-Cola Eventbrite. There is a €2 fee per ticket, with all proceeds going towards Coca-Cola’s Christmas partnership with the Irish Youth Foundation.

Over the course of 7 live days, almost 50,000 consumers will experience the magic of Christmas and enjoy a can of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Coca-Cola Original Taste as they take an exclusive family Christmas photo with the iconic Coca-Cola Christmas Truck among many more picture-perfect photo ops! Guests can also experience a 360° bird's eye view of the truck experience from the giant Ferris wheel while enjoying delicious seasonal snacks from local food vendors and live performances from Irish artists and DJs such as Maria Lawlor, TBL8, Mona Lxsa, KEHLI, Winnie Ama and Lemonade Shoelace.

With the theme of this year's campaign focused on spreading Christmas kindness, a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the Irish Youth Foundation and YouthAction Northern Ireland. The rest of the donation will be used to bring the Coca-Cola Christmas Magic to youth centres across the island of Ireland. Coca-Cola will bring food vendors and festive fun from the Coca-Cola Real Magic Christmas Experience in Dublin and Belfast to selected youth clubs in December.

Speaking on behalf of Coca-Cola, Aisling Wilde, Senior Manager Brand Experiences for GB&I said: “This Christmas, Coca-Cola is celebrating the spirit of Santa in all of us. Santa Claus is a symbol of kindness, generosity, and goodwill, whether it's making sure our loved ones get home safely or lending a hand to a stranger in need, Real Magic multiplies when we embrace our inner Santa. At Coca-Cola we’ve always tried to bring people together to celebrate in the magic of Christmas and we're delighted to announce the return of the Coca-Cola Real Magic Experience and start to spread the festive cheer across the island of Ireland through this year's call to action that ‘Ireland Needs More Santas’. As well as our incredible festive Christmas experience for consumers, we’re thrilled to partner with the Irish Youth Foundation and YouthAction Northern Ireland to spread a little Christmas magic through our meals experience from the truck tour to selected youth centres across the island of Ireland.”

With food always at the heart of Christmas, Coca-Cola is collaborating with Hot Chip on a limited edition run of cookie dough for friends and family to come together and make at home – just don’t forget to leave some for Santa to eat on Christmas Eve!

The online offer includes 2 rolls of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Christmas Cookie Dough to make 15 mini cookies along with 4 cans of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and will be available to purchase on the Hot Chip website.

Coca-Cola is also partnering with Dublin-born artist Hephee to create limited edition ‘What Would Santa Do’ merch collection. These exclusive Coca-Cola Christmas jumpers, crew socks and wrapping paper will be available at the Coca-Cola Real Magic Experience for consumers to purchase with all proceeds going towards Coca-Cola's Christmas Charity Partner.
