Dads go FREE to all FLYEfit gyms this Father’s Day, June 21st

To celebrate Father's Day, FLYEfit is inviting members across Ireland to bring their dad to the gym for free on Sunday 21st June, giving families the opportunity to spend quality time together while focusing on health and wellbeing.

The initiative comes as FLYEfit PTs find many fathers struggle to make time for their own fitness amid work, family and other commitments. By opening its doors to dads for the day, FLYEfit hopes to encourage more men to take positive steps towards improving their physical and mental wellbeing. 

Charles Iheme, Assistant Manger at FLYEfit Blanchardstown, said today “Gym training helps fathers build strength, improve fitness, and maintain the energy needed to keep up with their children throughout the day. By staying active and physically capable, fathers can more easily move, play and enjoy quality time with their kids while supporting their long-term health and wellbeing."

Whether it's a first gym visit, a return to exercise after some time away, or simply a chance to train alongside their children, the free Father's Day pass is designed to make fitness more accessible and enjoyable.
