Dash Burger x Alvin Cailan Collaboration a huge success as Burger Fans flock to Capel Street

Dash Burger's one-day-only collaboration with internationally renowned chef Alvin Cailan proved a huge success on Sunday, 31st May, as burger fans gathered at Dash Burger's Capel Street location to meet one of the most influential names in global burger culture.
Flying in from Los Angeles, Alvin joined the Dash team for the evening, meeting fans, signing merchandise, taking photos and serving his specially created Red Light and Green Light burgers to guests throughout the evening.
The event drew a fantastic crowd, with over 120 people attending and more than 300 burgers served across the day, highlighting the excitement around the collaboration and Dash Burger's growing reputation for bringing world-class burger experiences to Dublin.
Known as the chef and founder behind Eggslut, Amboy Quality Meats, Burgers by Alvin Cailan and host of The Burger Show, Alvin created the exclusive Red Light and Green Light Burgers for the collaboration, which received a hugely positive response from customers on the day.
For those who missed out, the good news is that the Red Light Burger by Alvin Cailan will be available exclusively on Deliveroo throughout the month of June.
To celebrate, Dash Burger will also be launching a competition on their socials from Wednesday the 3rd of June, giving customers the chance to win five €100 Deliveroo vouchers and one grand prize of a €500 Deliveroo voucher.
Speaking following the event, Dash Burger founder Barry Wallace said:

With a packed restaurant, a memorable guest appearance from one of the world's most recognised burger chefs, and the Red Light Burger now available on Deliveroo, the collaboration marks another exciting chapter for Dash Burger.
