Dingle Distillery has announced the launch of Dingle Gin Orange & Sea Salt, a new expression inspired by the flavours and landscape of Ireland's Atlantic coastline.

Built on the distillery's original award-winning botanical recipe, the new gin introduces two carefully selected ingredients chosen for both flavour and provenance. The result is a spirit that combines vibrant citrus notes with a subtle maritime character.

Hand-selected Spanish oranges are washed, hand-squeezed and distilled separately in a small copper still to fully extract their natural aromatic oils. The citrus element is complemented by sea salt sourced from West of Dingle Sea Salt, a family-run business based on the Dingle Peninsula. Hand-harvested directly from the Atlantic Ocean, the salt contributes a clean mineral brightness and delicate coastal salinity to the finish.

According to Dingle Distillery, the finished gin delivers vibrant natural citrus and delicate floral notes, balanced by a crisp finish and subtle maritime influence.

Signature Serve

Dingle Distillery recommends serving Dingle Gin Orange & Sea Salt with a premium tonic, plenty of ice, a slice of burnt orange and a sprig of rosemary. The expression is also designed to work well in a variety of gin-based cocktails.

Competition

To celebrate the launch, Dingle Distillery is running a competition through its Dingle Gin channels, offering one lucky winner:

  • A bottle of Dingle Gin

  • A bottle of Dingle Gin Orange & Sea Salt

  • A one-night stay for two at Greenmount House, Dingle

  • A tour of Dingle Distillery

  • A €100 voucher for Fish Box

The competition forms part of the launch campaign surrounding the new expression.

Dingle Gin Orange & Sea Salt is available now in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV, with an RRP of approximately €38.

The new release is available directly from Dingle Distillery online and selected retailers nationwide.
