In partnership with the Coeliac Society of Ireland, Dunnes Stores is delighted to invite customers to a special Good Gut, Great Health event, taking place at Dunnes Stores Cornelscourt on Wednesday, 14th May at 6.30pm.

Designed for those living gluten-free or anyone looking to support better gut health, this coeliac-friendly foodie evening promises expert advice, live cooking inspiration and fun giveaways, all free of charge.

Join Dunnes for an insightful talk on gut health by Sarah Keogh, a Consultant Dietitian and the founder of Eatwell.ie.

With over 20 years of experience in nutrition and dietetics, Sarah specialises in women's health, gut health and heart health. You'll also enjoy a gluten-free cooking demonstration by Aisling Larkin, renowned TV cook, food media broadcaster and wellness strategist.

Aisling's approach focuses on mindful eating and creating nourishing, wholesome dishes. She has a rich background in food education and has been featured in culinary events like Taste of Dublin.
