Gourmet Burger Kitchen is Back!

This week I had the absolute pleasure of joining Gourmet Burger Kitchen Ireland for lunch, to celebrate the re-opening of their Dublin Restaurants.

It was a beautiful day in Dublin too, with the sunshine and twenty degree heat belting down on South William St, it was the perfect setting for checking out what delicious treats GBK have to offer!

For my main I opted to try the Classic Cheese Burger (6oz Irish Prime Beef), and honestly I'm still salivating over it.. unbelievable burger! The 'skin on fries' served with it were awesome too. Solid serving, no half measures here.

We also tried out a selection of their very tasty starters which included..

Chili Fried Chicken Bites; seasoned panko crumbed & fried served with fresh chillis, spring onions, a lime wedge and Sriracha Mayo.

Falafel Bites; Quinoa & Potato Falafels, served with GBK Habanero hot sauce and jalapeño hummus dip.

Halloumi Bites; with GBK recipe Kiwifruit & Habanero Hot Sauce

Wings of Fire; Chicken Wings marinated in GBK Red Hot Sauce, topped with sesame seeds, served with blue cheese sauce.

Absolutely delicious starters... the wings are some of the finest I've ever tried, and their Sriracha Mayo sauce is outrageous, everything was getting dipped in it!

Phenomenal food with top class service, everything from start to finish was just excellent.. go check it out, GBK is back!

Check out their menu below

GBK Restaurants on South William St, South Anne St, in Temple Bar & Liffey Valley Shopping Centre are back open daily, visit GBK.ie for further details.
