Jam-packed weekend ahead at WellFest with New Dimensions Active!

The team at New Dimensions Active, are gearing up for a busy two days at WellFest this weekend. A special NDA stage will over the weekend offer a range of different 30 minute classes (see below for the stage schedule)


Saturday

• 10AM - Mind & Body Strong Slow yoga flow with Jen Healy (YinYoga Jen)


• 11AM - HIIT class with Jamie Goonery


• 12PM - Handstand Class beginner/ intermediate with Naoise


• 2PM - Booty Camp with Orla Hopkins


• 3PM - UC Fit (ladies’ self-defence class) with John Byrne


Sunday

• 10AM - Yoga Le Naoise (Techno Yoga Class)


• 11AM - HIIT class with Jamie Goonery


• 12PM - Mind & Body Strong Slow yoga flow with Jen Healy (YinYoga Jen)


• 1PM - Booty Camp with Orla Hopkins


• 2PM - Handstand Class beginner/ intermediate with Blain Reilly


• 3PM - UC Fit (ladies’ self-defence class) with John Byrne


New Dimensions Active were recently announced as a partner of WellFest which takes place on the 6th and 7th of May in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
