A new high energy business and marketing conference is set to launch in Belfast next week with the promise of helping entrepreneurs “increase visibility, attract more clients and build stronger momentum”.

The brainchild of entrepreneur Pádraig Fitzsimons, Momentum Unlocked 2026 will see business owners and founders from across the country descend on the Stormont Hotel to hear a packed line-up of local and international speakers.

Taking place on Thursday June 11th, the conference will host 11 speakers from Northern Ireland, England and the United States, delivering practical insights across marketing, business growth, personal branding, automation, entrepreneurship and leadership.

Founder Pádraig, who is also the owner of Belfast-based media and marketing agency Done Different Media, said the event has been designed for “ambitious people who want to move from feeling stuck in their business to taking focused, practical action”.

He said: “Momentum Unlocked started as a vision of what we could bring to Northern Ireland's business community. We have an incredible entrepreneurial network here, but many people don't get the opportunity to experience events of this calibre without travelling.”

Pádraig, an entrepreneur himself, who has built, scaled, lost and rebuilt businesses throughout his entrepreneurial journey, said Momentum Unlocked was created with entrepreneurs like himself in mind.

Through Done Different Media, Pádraig has helped generate over £1 million for clients, produced thousands of pieces of content and supported businesses across the UK and Ireland that refuse to blend in.

His own experience of rapid business growth, the closure of a previous company and rebuilding through media and marketing has shaped the thinking behind the conference.

“Too many conferences feel overly corporate and predictable. I wanted to create something with real energy, practical value and a genuine sense of connection that leaves people inspired to take action” he explained.

Momentum Unlocked will include sessions on brand building, sales, content marketing, automation, SEO, PR, personal growth and the realities of entrepreneurship.

Speakers for the event include Pádraig himself alongside former Diary of a CEO marketer Grace Andrews; TEDx speaker and investor Phil Graham, TikTok expert Lana Kearney, product marketing expert Chase Buckner, author and media strategist Fiona Harrold, digital marketing expert Esther Ocampo, entrepreneur strategy and support consultant Tina Calder, business owner Laura Murphy, sales and marketing funnel specialist Paul Green and laughter yoga master trainer and event host Tové Kane.

Pádraig’s line-up for the conference reflects his ambition to create an event shaped for business owners and leaders who have built something solid but feel growth has plateaued. He said it was important for him to “focus on commercial clarity, scalable systems, stronger positioning, lead generation, content, confidence and the use of AI without losing control of brand identity”.

He added: “Business owners often spend hundreds or even thousands travelling to events across the UK. Momentum Unlocked brings that same high-value experience to Belfast, making it more accessible for local founders, entrepreneurs and business leaders.”

Momentum Unlocked 2026, which is supported by sponsors HighLevel, Done Different Media, Oatco Superfuel, Beyond AV and Entrepreneurs Unleashed, is aimed at people who want practical advice they can apply immediately, and who want the opportunity to connect with others who are focused on growth.
