The Guinness Storehouse Launches Limited Edition Desserts in Collaboration with Le Patissier

The Guinness Storehouse is delighted to announce a new mouth-watering collaboration with Irish pastry chef Robert Bullock, founder of the incredibly popular Le Patissier. This partnership sees two masters of craftsmanship come together to create a bespoke array of delicious Irish-made desserts exclusively available at the Home of Guinness that can be enjoyed with a Guinness, a Black Velvet or alongside a tea or coffee.

These limited-edition tempting desserts are available now at Arthur’s Bar and can be enjoyed as part of the Guinness Storehouse experience. You can also try these desserts without an experience ticket by booking a table in Arthur’s Bar.

The Guinness Chocolate Cremeux was inspired by the malty sweetness and roast character of Guinness. It is a rich and indulgent chocolatey dessert perfect for all the chocolate lovers out there! For those of us that simply can’t pick just one, the ‘Assiette of Robert Bullock’s Mini Desserts’ includes a Sicilian Lemon Meringue and Irish Butter Tart, Pat Clarke’s Strawberry and Hayes Cream Cheesecake and Salted Carmel Ganache-Filled Banoffee Choux. Delish!

Speaking on the collaboration, Robert Bullock of Le Patissier said, “When one of the most loved brands in Ireland reaches out to you to work together on a bespoke dessert collaboration, you say YES! My team and I are so thrilled to be working with the Guinness Storehouse on this exciting partnership. We have created some delicious desserts for Arthur’s Bar menu at the Guinness Storehouse including a delicious ‘Guinness Chocolate Cremeux’ which is every bit as tasty as it sounds. We can’t wait for everyone to try it.”
