Saddle up for a Wild West adventure as this Father’s Day, The Ivy Dawson Street, Dublin is serving up cowboy-themed breakfast and all-day specials, carefully crafted whisky cocktails and a complimentary gift for Dad to take home.

Available on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 June, Dublin’s dads can start their day with a perfectly Grilled Thinly-beaten Bistro Steak, served with a crispy potato rosti and two fried hen’s eggs, for only €24.95. Dads who may want to enjoy a weekend lie in can make the most of the all-day special; Dry Aged John Stone 10oz/283g Ribeye (€44.95), a locally sourced, Irish grass fed beef steak, topped with a perfectly blended cowboy butter of fragrant herbs and smoked paprika, served with a red wine sauce and thick cut chips.

When it comes to drinks, The Ivy Dawson Street has launched a pair of specially created cocktails to complete the Wild West Father’s Day experience. Raise a rootin’-tootin’ toast with the Western Whisky Smash (€15.00); Jameson Black Barrel blended with Gabriel Boudier Peche and hints of lemon, nettle and mint. For a non-alcoholic sip, enjoy a ‘Giddy Up’ Nettle and Mint Panache (€8.00), which sees Heineken 0% blended with lemon juice, mint and nettle – enough to put hairs on any chest.

Alternatively, guests can raise a toast to dad with one of The Ivy Dawson Street’s locally inspired cocktails or local beers. Options include the 119.5 Martini, a perfect mix of Absolut Vodka, coffee liqueur, Guinness Tincture and oat milk. For the beer-loving man, try one of the delicious beers from Ballyfermot’s Whiplash Brewery. There are also enticing non-alcoholic coolers and cocktails to try including the Ivy Homemade Ginger Beer and the refreshing Blood Orange Spritz.

To keep the festivities rolling, every dad will receive a specially designed set of The Ivy Father's Day playing cards, so the fun can continue long after the dust has settled on breakfast.

The Ivy Father’s Day breakfast and all-day specials will be available on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 June in The Ivy Dublin on Dawson Street, Dublin. Booking is advised, to book visit https://ivycollection.com/restaurants/the-ivy-dawson-street/.
