Thyme Out's Perfect Food Box for Every Occasion

Since the beginning of the pandemic, how we shop for food, cook and eat has changed significantly. Eating nourishing meals is vital in supporting our immune system and our body’s ability to prevent, fight and recover from infections. As restrictions start to ease and we move into a new normal, our busy schedules have resumed and the never-ending food shops and attempts to cook nutritious meals has become less of a priority.

Thyme Out have put together thoughtful food packages full of delicious home cooked and nutritious meals so that you can take a break from the kitchen duties or let someone know that you are thinking of them, for whatever reason. Whether it’s a gift for a friend who is ill, pregnant, new parents, a celebration, a bereavement, or for someone who is going through a hard time, Thyme Out want the person receiving one of their food boxes to feel cared for and know that someone has thought about them by choosing such a thoughtful and practical gift.

Thyme Out’s food boxes are prepared daily in their kitchen and are cooked in small batches using freshest ingredients to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Vegetarian boxes are available and meals are suitable for home freezing.

Let Us Cook for you Food Boxes

Why not add a bottle of wine, rose or bubbles (from €14.50). Packaged in an easily transportable box, perfect for indoor or outdoor dining.

New Parents Food Boxes

This box is a godsend to any new parents, or as Thyme Out like to call it.. heaven in a box! The idea behind this Thyme Out Food Box is that exhausted new Mums and Dads can enjoy a week off cooking in the evening. The dishes have been specifically chosen for low spice and salt content for breastfeeding Mums. The First Week Food Box (€110) contains 14 dinners – that means 7 days worth of lovely dinners for two, ready to heat and serve.

Summer food boxes

Due to popular demand, Thyme Out have created The Holiday Home/Air BnB Food Box (from €200) because at the moment, #staycation is the new going away! This Food Box is perfect for anyone enjoying their summer holidays in Ireland whether it be in a mobile home or an Airbnb. All meals are pre-cooked so all you need is a hob, oven or even a microwave to reheat and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. This Food Box contains 5 nights worth of dinners for a family of four or six so that is 20 dinners or 30 dinners for a family of six with some sides, fresh bread and some homemade sweet treats. Treat yourself and your family to summer nights ‘in’ with a difference or buy as a gift for a family that deserves some spoiling.
