Lifelines tells a powerful and thought-provoking story about a girl who has just been diagnosed with Epilepsy, and has to attend a support group to try find out just how to deal with her newfound struggles.
Brought to life by an impressive cast and crew of young Irish filmmakers. With themes that resonate universally, the film has already attracted attention for its strong performers and authentic storytelling Director (Alannah Harrison), who created this film to raise awareness about epilepsy.
"Epilepsy is such an underrepresented topic in film so I really wanted to bring awareness to it as a person with epilepsy myself" said Director Alannah Harrison
"While I have had epilepsy my whole life, I decided to convey a story about someone who is recently diagnosed to show how it can impact a person, and what to do in a situation where someone needs help."
