Saturday, 27th September marks National Katsu Curry Day, and wagamama is celebrating by giving students exactly what they want. Its most iconic dish will take centre stage, with 50 free katsu curries available in each of its Dublin locations in Dundrum and Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.

The first 50 students in line at either of the wagamama restaurants this Saturday, 27th September, will snag a free katsu curry! Students can claim their katsu simply by being the first 50 in queue from restaurant opening and showing their student ID to a member of staff – and we’ll take care of the rest!

This is great news for students - after all, who loves a good discount more than they do? College life often means juggling part-time work alongside studies, where finances are tight. With katsu and Japanese flavours on the rise and curry remaining one of Ireland’s top recipe searches wagamama’s legendary Katsu Curry really is the perfect midweek pick-me-up for students!

Commenting on the offer, she says: “National Katsu Curry Day is back baby! I’m thrilled that wagamama can treat students to 50 free katsu curries in each of its Dublin locations. It’s all about making memories and enjoying great food. Grab your mates, show your student ID, and head down to wagamama!”
