Zipit Forest Adventures set to open New Location in Djouce, Co. Wicklow

Zipit Forest Adventures, Ireland's ultimate high ropes and zipline experience, recently announced the opening of its newest adventure park in the heart of Wicklow. 

Zipit Djouce Park is set to open its gates on Friday 18^th July, just in time for the peak summer season, offering an exhilarating new destination and experience for families, friends and groups of all ages and sizes.

Building on the success of their existing locations in Tibradden Wood, Co. Dublin, Farran Forest Park, Co. Cork, and Lough Key Forest Park, Co. Roscommon, Zipit Djouce Park will mark the fourth addition to the Zipit family. The new course, currently being built by one of Europe's leading adventure park developers - Funcha!, promises the same adrenaline-pumping activities that have made Zipit a household name for adventure across Ireland. For anyone who's experienced Zipit before, get ready for a whole new adventure that is snappier, pole-powered and open to fearless fun-seekers as young as three!

What sets Zipit Djouce Park apart is its unique setting. Easily accessible from Dublin via the N11 or the scenic Sally Gap route, the park is perfectly situated on a former golf course fairway at the edge of Djouce Woods. The course offers wide-open skies and uninterrupted views, providing a different experience from Zipit’s traditionally forested courses.

Zipit Djouce Park will feature a variety of thrilling elements within a low ropes course, a first for Zipit, where little explorers, aged 3 - 6, can take their first leap into the Zipit world until they're old enough to conquer the high ropes course, open to everyone aged 7 - 77 and older, which reaches 12 metres off the ground! Each course is carefully designed with safety and fun in mind, ensuring a fun-filled day out for everyone, from first-timers to seasoned daredevils.
