Holland & Barrett , Europe’s leading health and wellness retailer, has launched a new High Fibre food range across its 70 stores in Ireland, making it easier than ever for customers to add more fibre to every meal, with delicious options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacking. The launch comes as fibre intake remains a significant challenge across Ireland. According to the Irish Nutrition and Dietetics Institute (INDI), over 80% of Irish adults fall short of the recomme
