On Wednesday the 17th of April from 7.30pm, Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey will host a unique whiskey pairing dinner in 1900 Restaurant on Dublin's Harcourt Street.
Matthew Smyth, Premium Irish Whiskey Ambassador for Irish Distillers will host the event and share his wealth of whiskey knowledge across the Redbreast portfolio.
On arrival, guests will receive a welcome Redbreast whiskey cocktail in the Georgian Bar, followed by a sit down three course meal by 1900 Head Chef Tamas Kolaj in collaboration with Matthew Smyth. Each dish will be paired with an accompanying taste of a select Redbreast, including Redbreast 12 Year Old, Redbreast Lustau, Redbreast 15 Year Old and Redbreast 21 Year Old to toast.
