A Taste of Christmas Comes to Roe & Co Distillery

Roe & Co Distillery is ready to celebrate this festive season with a gorgeous winter terrace and a brand-new premium experience where you can learn to make the perfect festive cocktail.

From premium experiences with a bubbly welcome, to hot toddies and sweet treats at the Roe & Cosy Winter Terrace, there’s something for everyone this Christmas at Roe & Co.

Roe & Co’s famous cocktail garden has a new look this season in the form of the Roe & Cosy Winter Terrace, a must visit destination to catch-up up with friends over whiskey inspired hot drinks and indulgent bites.

Enjoy sweet treats of popular favourites, Crepes in the City, who will be serving up a delicious menu of premium indulgent treats including artisan crepes with spiced Irish poached pears with Roe & Co whiskey glaze and whipped cream for those with a sweet tooth. If you’re looking for something savoury, sink your teeth into a crepe with St Gall cheese, honey baked ham, dijonnaise mustard, caramelised red onion with a garnish of seasonable cranberries and fresh thyme.

For added indulgence, spoil yourself with Churros coated in cinnamon sugar, served with a Roe & Co whiskey chocolate dip. Not to mention the melt-in-your-mouth warm pretzels accompanied by a warm and tempting cheesy Roe & Co whiskey dip.

An inspired drinks menu to complement the food has been curated by the expert team at Roe & Co with a menu of delicious Roe & Co whiskey hot drinks, including a specially curated cocktail, Irish coffee, hot toddy, and luxurious hot chocolate.

For those who are looking to do something a little more interactive with loved ones this season, a visit to the new premium sensory experience a Taste of Christmas at Roe & Co is the perfect way to kick off the festive celebrations.

Guests will be greeted with a Roe & Co Cocktail on arrival before a cocktail making masterclass where you'll learn how to create the perfect pre-Christmas Dinner Cocktail, allowing you to become the ultimate host over the holidays.

This is followed by a masterclass where the distillery’s in-house chocolate expert will bring you through an adventurous pairing selection of premium Roe & Co whiskeys and bespoke local artisan chocolates, specially curated by Flow Chocolates. The three select chocolates are bursting with flavours including Passionfruit with Keffir Lime Leaf, Salted Whiskey Caramel, and Hazelnut Praline Pain d’epices.

Guests will finish their premium experience with a decadent Roe & Co Chilli Hot Chocolate served with toasted marshmallows & chilli Chantilly in the show-stopping Christmas dressed Powerhouse Bar

The Roe & Cosy experience is open from 2 December 2021. €15 will secure your table and includes your choice of luxury crepe and a Roe & Co Christmas drink.

The Roe & Co Premium Experience is operating Thursday through Saturday at 8pm from 2 December through to Christmas.

Priced at €55, guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail, cocktail masterclass and drink, whiskey and chocolate pairing, and hot chocolate in the Powerhouse bar.
