BKultured adds New Performer to Summer Gig Series

After an incredible opening gig by Northern Irish folk singer-songwriter Joshua Burnside, the remainder of the BKultured Waves of Sound Summer Music Series is more hotly anticipated than ever.

From July through September, Cork-made BKultured Water Kefir will host four more of Ireland’s most exciting music acts in a unique setting; a cliff top overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at Ballybrannigan Beach, East Cork.

On July 22nd, music lovers will be treated to an intimate performance by cellist and flautist duo Yseult and Miriam. On August 12th, a doubleheader is lined up with two Cork-based singer-songwriters, Rúadhán Ó Deasmhúnaigh and Molly Sterling, on the bill. Attention Bebe closes the series on September 16th with their signature ultimate 90's party experience.

The series is hosted by BKultured Water Kefir - the Irish fermented sparkling drink that’s equal parts flavoursome refreshment and gut-loving goodness. BKultured Presents Events are part of the brand’s mission to support its community, culture and the planet.

The gigs take place on the same coastal family farm where BKultured is produced and its sister business, food trailer Niamh’s Larder, is stationed. Both businesses are created by Cork entrepreneur Niamh Hegarty. Guests to the live events will enjoy great music, stunning views, refreshing BKultured Water Kefir and healthy, delicious food from Niamh’s Larder.

BKultured contains all-organic ingredients, natural flavours and live probiotics that nourish the gut microbiome, helping to improve immunity, digestive issues and even mental health. Choose from two BKultured flavours; Jammin Ginger & Turmeric and Sassy Mixed Berry (RRP €3.99), available from retailers nationwide and bkultured.com

BKultured Founder Niamh Hegarty said: “Our opening gig with Joshua Burnside was for us a night that will never be forgotten. BKultured is more than just a drink on a shelf or in your fridge but a community. And our first music gig was the beginning of creating this community. We started our summer music series with Joshua and his incredible band under the setting sun on the cliff edge of Ballybrannigan Beach. The sun shone, the music played, and we made new friends and incredible memories. a glimpse into what was an incredible evening. We’re excited to create more unforgettable experiences for our community over the coming months.”
