Located 20 minutes outside of Dublin, at the centre of the excitement is a brand-new family attraction, a dino-themed wild swing ride (name to be revealed soon - watch this space!). Standing at 12 metres tall, this gentle yet exhilarating experience will feature 16 seats, with a unique gondola design offering 8 seats on each side. Swinging freely through the air, the ride delivers smooth, family-friendly movements perfect for thrill-seekers and little explorers alike, making it accessible for a wide range of guests.

Blending Emerald Park favourites with thrilling new elements, ‘Lost Valley: Land of Dinosaurs’ will transform an existing area of the park into a fully realised dinosaur adventure. While the much-loved Dino Dash coaster remains at its heart, guests can expect a reimagined environment filled with prehistoric theming, roaring soundscapes, and larger-than-life surprises around every corner.

But the adventure doesn’t stop there. The land will come alive with the arrival of brand-new, realistic dinosaurs, up to 6 metres in length, including a fearsome T-Rex, swift Velociraptors, and even adorable baby Triceratops. Guests will have the chance to get up close and personal through scheduled Dino Meet & Greet experiences, adding a whole new layer of interaction and unforgettable memories.

Adding to the atmosphere, the entire area will feature new dinosaur-themed food offerings, immersive decor, and detailed theming designed to transport visitors millions of years back in time.

Charles Coyle, Managing Director of Emerald Park said, "We’re delighted to bring ‘Lost Valley: Land of Dinosaurs’ to life for our guests. This exciting re-theme builds on some of our most popular attractions, like Dino Dash, while introducing new elements that enhance the overall experience. The addition of a brand-new family ride, along with immersive theming and interactive moments, ensures there’s plenty for both returning visitors and first-time explorers to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming everyone to experience it for themselves in summer 2026."

With dinosaurs on the move and excitement building, Emerald Park invites families, adventurers, and dino lovers of all ages to get ready for a prehistoric journey like no other.
