FLYEfit announces two thrilling challenges in celebration of National Fitness Day & World Heart Day
To mark both National Fitness Day and World Heart Day, Irish gym chain, FLYEfit has announced a series of fun competitions on the 28th and 29th of September across all 19 gyms nationwide. All FLYEfit members are encouraged to get involved to be in the chance to win some fantastic prizes.
National Fitness Day - September 28th
On Thursday, September 28th, at the entrance of each gym, there will be a stationary bike and a ski rower challenge. Participants are encouraged to race against each other and burn 10 calories on each of these machines as fast as possible. It's a test of endurance, strength, and determination. The winners from each of the gym locations, one male and one female, will win one month membership as a prize!
World Heart Day Challenge - September 29th
On Friday, September 29th to mark World Heart Day, FLYEfit will replicate the same exciting challenge across all gym locations nationwide. However, this time, participating could be in the chance of winning a Myzone watch, which is an essential tool for a heart rate-based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity.
Chiara Palagi, marketing executive for FLYEfit, said: “We are inviting all members to get involved next week, have some fun whilst keeping fit and be in with a chance to win some prizes!”
FLYEfit is due to open a new gym in the Beacon South Quarter, Sandyford this October.
