Moët Hennessy and The Gables Restaurant, Foxrock, invite guests to enjoy An Evening of Champagne, Rosé and Great Food - an elegant and relaxed midweek event celebrating exceptional wine, seasonal food and the start of summer. Taking place on Thursday, May 29th at 7:00pm, this one-night-only event will spotlight Moët Hennessy’s iconic wine portfolio through a guided tasting led by renowned sommelier Julie Dupouy. One of Ireland’s most respected wine experts, Julie has represented Ireland at the World Sommelier Championships and brings a wealth of knowledge and charm to every glass.

Guests will explore three iconic wine regions - Champagne, Provence, and Marlborough - with carefully paired dishes designed to complement each glass.
