Saoirse Non-Alcoholic have recently launched their Winter Edition, a follow up to the Award Winning Saoirse Non-Alcoholic Original which has just picked up a Bronze Prize at the prestigious Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards 2023.
Adding to the collection of Non-Alcoholic drinks, the Winter Edition is a Gin Alternative thay has warming winter notes of orange and cinnamon, followed by mixed spices and a lasting finish making it the perfect non-alcoholic sip for the autumnal and winter seasons ahead.

Saoirse 75
What you'll need:
• Saoirse Non-Alcoholic (35ml)
• Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
• Sugar/Simple Syrup 10ml (optional)
• Zerozecco (Also exclusively available in ALDI, priced at €2.99)
How to make it:
• Add the Saoirse, Lemon juice & sugar syrup to a shaker or sealed container.
• Cover and shake for 15 seconds before pouring into a champagne flute
• Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
Classic S&T
What you'll need:
• Saoirse Non-Alcoholic (35ml)
• Slice of Orange
• Tonic Water
• Some Ice
• Hiball glass
How to make it:
• Add the Saoirse and Ice to a hiball glass
• Top with Tonic and add a slice of orange
Winter Warmer
What you'll need:
• Saoirse Non-Alcoholic (35ml)
• Apple Juice (1 cup)
• Slice of Lemon (optional)
• 3 Cloves
• Cinnamon Stick
• Tumbler Glass
How to make it:
• In a small pot place apple juice, cinnamon stick & cloves
• Warm gently for 10 minutes without boiling.
• Pour the Saoirse into a tumbler and add the warmed ingredients.
• Garnish with a slice of lemon
