Today RePlay unveils the full programme for Ireland’s newest street arts festival, with Zimbabwean-Irish singer, songwriter and producer Shiv confirmed as headline act. The inaugural free event is set to take place at Parthalán Place, Tallaght on Saturday 15 August.
Produced by NOISE Music and SoFFt Productions, RePlay transforms South Dublin County Council’s newest civic space into a free, all-day celebration of skateboarding, music, dance and street art, bringing together leading Irish artists and emerging talent. More than fifty performers, artists, vendors and community groups will take part across multiple festival zones.
Closing the festival, Shiv will bring her signature blend of R&B, neo-soul and lo-fi production to the main stage. Since the release of her acclaimed debut album The Defiance of a Sadgirl, she has emerged as one of Ireland’s most distinctive contemporary voices, known for emotionally rich, self-produced work that has earned support from RTÉ 2FM, BBC Radio 1 and critics across Ireland and the UK.

The NOISE Music stage will feature a full day of DJ sets and live performances from DJ Finn Dempsey, DJ SEANEM, and DJ Ellie L, alongside Vithória Escobar and Audrey Lawless.
The programme reflects NOISE Music’s commitment to supporting emerging artists, with DJ SEANEM continuing his rapid rise following performances across Ireland and internationally.
One of the festival’s flagship attractions, skateboarding, takes centre stage at RePlay with the Goblin Skateboard Showcase, featuring brand ambassador Phili Halton alongside Michael McMaster, James Carroll and Lena Siew. Together they represent decades of influence across skateboarding, filmmaking, publishing and skatepark development, highlighting skate culture as a powerful creative and community practice.
Across the day, audiences can also take part in free skateboard workshops delivered by the Irish Skateboarding Association, alongside open skateboarding, BMX and rollerskating showcases and performances, led by professional riders and community facilitators.
A dedicated dance programme will feature a street dance cypher led by Cristian Emmanuel Dirocie, Josué Reis and Tara Bredemeier, bringing global street styles including hip hop, krump and contemporary movement into a shared public space.
The festival will also include a busy family-friendly zone featuring retro games and face painting, alongside food stalls and local vendors including Goblin Magazine, Beach Skateboards, Killing Time and Windowpane, with more vendors to be announced.

Circus and street performances will include Jelly Cirque Entertainment with Ballsy Wallsy. Families can also enjoy The Connolly Cup, a football skills and tricks session designed to encourage girls to get involved in the sport, alongside freestyle football demonstrations with Charlie Shakespeare.
Adding to the festival's visual programme, artist James Kirwan has been commissioned to create a large-scale mural at Parthalán Place as part of RePlay. Selected through an open call, the new public artwork has been funded by South Dublin County Council Arts Office and Creative Ireland South Dublin and will become a lasting creative legacy of the inaugural festival. Inspired by themes of community, creativity and place, the mural celebrates the spirit of RePlay using contemporary street art.
A new library-led programme, delivered in partnership with South Dublin Libraries, expands the festival beyond performance with screen printing and poster-making workshops, a K-pop dance workshop, and a sensory zone designed for neurodivergent families.
Ahead of the festival, RePlay will also deliver a three-day outreach programme across Clondalkin, Jobstown and Lucan, introducing young people to skateboarding, music and street culture through workshops delivered with Active Cities and NOISE Music.
Speaking on the full programme announcement for RePlay Festival, Gerry Horan, Noise Music said:“RePlay is about bringing together everything NOISE Music stands for, giving young people real access to culture, creativity and performance. This year’s line-up reflects that in a really powerful way, from Shiv headlining the main stage to the incredible range of DJs, skaters and performers across the programme.”
Reflecting on the skateboarding programme within the 2026 line-up, Phili Halton, Brand Ambassador said: “The skateboarding showcase is a really strong example of how RePlay is building something meaningful around street culture. Having Michael McMaster, James Carroll and Lena Siew alongside myself in the programme shows the range of experience and perspectives in Irish skateboarding right now. It’s not just demonstrations, it’s about showing how skate culture connects to design, public space and community in a real, lived way.”
Speaking on the launch of the full 2026 line-up, Natasha Duffy, SoFFT Productions said: “What excites me most about RePlay is how it reimagines public space as somewhere people can come together to create, connect and experience culture. The festival is about much more than a line-up of performances, it's about celebrating art, design and the value of shared third spaces where communities can gather outside of home and work. From live skateboarding and street performances to the large-scale mural by the talented James Kirwan, every element of the programme has been designed to transform Parthalán Place into a vibrant canvas for creativity and participation. That's the kind of cultural legacy we hope RePlay will help build in South Dublin.”
RePlay is funded by South Dublin County Council and produced by NOISE Music and SoFFt Productions, with support from Active Cities and the Creative and Active Programme. RePlay's inaugural programme brings together leading artists, performers and community groups for a free day of skateboarding, music, dance and creative participation at Parthalán Place.
