Dublin’s biggest food and drink festival returns to Merrion Square this week, with Taste of Dublin set to welcome thousands of visitors from Thursday, 11th June.
Now in its 21st year, the festival brings together 15 of Dublin’s most exciting restaurants for one weekend only, giving food lovers the opportunity to sample signature dishes from some of the city’s most sought-after dining destinations without waiting lists or hard-to-get reservations.

This year's restaurant line-up reads like a Dublin dining bucket list. With just announced, The Salty Buoy, for the seafood lovers joining the lineup, Daata, Achara, Chimac x Sicín Sásta, The Salt Project, BAH33 x Teeling Whiskey, IBILE, Bovinity, BIG FAN, Shaku Maku, Dosa Dosa, Parrilla, Bar Italia, and the legendary King Sitric Oyster Bar will all take over Merrion Square across the weekend.
Visitors can expect everything from Gordon Ramsay-approved Butter Chicken, Grilled Hang Lay Duck on Duck Fat Roti, live-fire Brazilian BBQ, vibrant West African dishes, South Indian street food and much more - all in one location in the heart of Dublin city.
With final tickets now on sale, organisers are encouraging people to secure their tickets before they are all gone.
Now in its biggest year yet, Taste of Dublin will feature:
60+ food and drink experiences
50+ chefs and culinary experts
30+ cookery demonstrations
15 restaurants
Beyond the restaurants, visitors can enjoy:
