Taste of Dublin is back, and it’s bigger, bolder and more flavour-packed than ever. The festival recently officially unveiled its 2026 restaurant line-up, bringing together a standout mix of Dublin favourites, rising stars and exciting new concepts for a four-day celebration of the country’s dynamic food scene.

From much-loved institutions to boundary-pushing newcomers, this year’s line-up captures the energy, diversity and creativity that defines dining in Dublin right now.

Among the new names making their Taste debut are IBILE, a vibrant West African concept led by Tolu Asemota; Achara, serving bold and modern Thai flavours; and Rei Momo, bringing the heat with Brazilian-inspired street food. They join a host of exciting restaurants, including Dosa Dosa, fresh from its first bricks-and-mortar opening, and Chimac, collaborating with Sicín Sásta for a must-try partnership, with more details to be revealed.

Returning favourites are set to bring the flavour once again, including Parrilla's lively Mexican offering, and BIG FAN’s cult Chinese dishes. Steak lovers can look forward to Bovinity’s signature cuts, while Daata continues to showcase its much-loved Indian and Pakistani flavours.

Elsewhere, visitors can explore Palestinian dishes from family-run Shaku Maku, authentic Italian cooking from Bar Italia, and hyper-local Irish cuisine from The Salt Project. King Sitric Oyster Bar also returns, marking over two decades as part of the Taste of Dublin story.

Adding to the experience, festivalgoers can expect exciting collaborations and live-fire cooking, including BAH33’s Brazilian BBQ concept, set to deliver both theatre and flavour in equal measure alongside pairings from Teeling Whiskey.

This year, headline sponsor JYSK, the Danish interiors retailer, is returning to bring a Scandinavian-inspired design element to the festival with their new ‘House of JYSK’ activation. Step into the House of JYSK at Taste of Dublin and discover a world of Scandinavian-inspired living.

From the dining room to the garden and every space in between, explore favourite pieces designed to bring comfort, style, and simplicity to the whole home. Whether its hosting friends, sharing great food, or creating cosy moments, JYSK offers inspiration for every corner of your house and garden.

With something to suit every palate, Taste of Dublin 2026 promises an unforgettable journey through the city’s most exciting kitchens - all in one place. From street food to fine dining, classic comfort to global flavours, it’s a celebration of what makes Dublin one of Europe’s most vibrant food destinations.
