Taste of Dublin, Ireland’s leading food and drink festival, kicked off its 2026 celebrations in style today with the return of the Best in Taste Awards, spotlighting the standout restaurants, chefs, exhibitors and partners shaping the future of Ireland’s culinary scene.
Held in the Häagen-Dazs VIP Suite during the opening Taste of Dublin celebrations and hosted by food connoisseur and “Best of…” expert Cassie Stokes, the awards brought together some of the biggest names in Irish hospitality to celebrate creativity, innovation and sustainability across the festival.

Sponsored by Compass Ireland, the awards continue to champion excellence across Ireland’s food industry, celebrating the talent and passion behind every dish served at Taste of Dublin.
This year’s awards recognised exhibitors for excellence across a range of categories. From outstanding dishes and memorable visitor experiences to eye-catching stand design and exceptional customer service, the winners showcased the very best of Taste of Dublin 2026.
