Dundrum Town Centre continues to strengthen its reputation as one of Dublin’s top food destinations, with a vibrant mix of new openings, returning favourites, and upcoming arrivals that promise to delight every kind of diner.

From the bold Brazilian flavours of Gaucho barbecue to fresh and fragrant salad bowls, Dundrum Town Centre’s dining district is fast becoming more diverse and indulgent than ever, catering to those craving something new, nourishing or nostalgic.

Here are five delicious reasons to visit Dundrum Town Centre’s Dining District:

Sprout & Co.

Opening early 2026, Sprout & Co. is the latest Irish favourite to join Dundrum Town Centre’s growing line up. Known for its seasonally changing menu and dedication to Irish produce, Sprout is a fast-casual restaurant built around real, local ingredients, with many grown on its own organic farm in Co. Kildare.

With a focus on fresh, fun and flavourful food, Sprout & Co. offers plant-based, vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free options across its menu. Some of the restaurants most loved dishes include the zingy Chicken Cashew Crunch, the feta packed Supergreek and the Japanese inspired Tokyo Bowl topped with a miso chilli drizzle.

The new Dundrum location, Sprout & Co's 10th restaurant nationwide, will offer takeaway with outdoor seating for 30 guests, open seven days a week from 11am to 9pm.

Jack Kirwan, Co-founder of Sprout & Co said: “Dundrum has been our most requested location by customers, and it is a natural next step in our plan to expand into suburban areas. We’re really excited to bring our ideas and food to the Dundrum community.”

Bah33°

Arriving in Spring 2026, BAH33°: The Authentic Gaucho BBQ will bring the spirit of Gaucho barbecue to Dundrum Town Centre. Born in Dublin in 2020 by a young Gaucho from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, Bah33° celebrates fire, flavour and togetherness through a traditional BBQ Rodízio style dining experience.

Guests can expect premium Irish meats slow roasted over charcoal and carved tableside by Passadores, alongside an extensive salad bar, hot dishes, traditional sides, and the signature Costela Gaúcha - Gaucho-style beef ribs slow-roasted over charcoal for 12 hours. The menu also features à la carte options and desserts such as Brazilian Milk Pudding and Creamy Papaya. The new 120 seat restaurant will feature a modern, fire inspired interior with natural textures, warm tones and an open barbecue visible from the dining floor.

Riccieri Telo Galvan, CEO & Founder of Bah33°, said: “Opening at Dundrum Town Centre marks a very special milestone in our journey. What started as a dream in Dublin is now growing into a vibrant new venue. This space represents the next step in sharing our Gaucho tradition with even more people, bringing the same passion for authentic barbecue to a place where fire, flavour, and hospitality come together.”

Vice

Bringing serious personality to the plate, Vice is an elevated fast-casual concept serving up 72-hour fermented sourdough pizza, sauced-up free-range wings, and buttermilk-brined chicken tenders, all with chef-driven dips that are always batched, never bought.

Opening this December in The Dining District beside Lane 7, the Dundrum location will be Vice’s largest yet with 70 seats, bar counter views into the pizza line, and a modern interior that balances urban-industrial cool with comfort and buzz. There will also be outdoor terrace seating for those rare sunny days.

Their pizzas come with airy, blistered crusts and signature finishes like sesame, poppy seed or “Everything Bagel” - a twist on tradition that defines Vice’s “food you know, but nothing you’d expect” philosophy. Pair that with bold sauces like Korean Gochujang, Lemon Pepper or Buffalo, and it is clear Vice is no ordinary pizza place.

With takeaway, click & collect, and delivery models built in, Vice is perfectly positioned to feed shoppers, cinemagoers and post-bowling diners, all without sacrificing speed or quality.

Slim Chickens

Flying in from the US this December, Slim Chickens is a fast-food favourite known for hand breaded, buttermilk marinated chicken tenders, a staggering 15 signature dipping sauces, and their signature Southern hospitality. The brand’s menu is packed with bold, comforting flavours; from chicken sandwiches and seasoned fries to thick, hand-spun milkshakes, all made with quality ingredients and served fresh to order.

Located in Dundrum Town Centre’s Dining District beside the recently opened Lane 7, the new site will feature a modern Southern-inspired interior with communal seating, warm textures, digital menu screens and plenty of space for both dine-in and takeaway.

“Dundrum Town Centre is the ideal location to bring our Southern comfort to Ireland,” Slim Chickens spokesperson Ben Blore said. “It offers high footfall, a vibrant food scene and a great mix of families, students and professionals. We’re excited to open our doors and bring our crave-worthy chicken to a brand-new audience.”

First timers are encouraged to try the famous Chicken Tender Meal, served with seasoned fries, Texas toast, and a dipping sauce of your choice - or opt for a chicken sandwich bursting with flavour. However you order, expect fast, friendly service and food that always hits the spot.

wagamama

A beloved name in pan-asian dining, wagamama made its anticipated and welcome return to Dundrum Town Centre this August in the Dining District, Pembroke Square. Best known for its delicious and fresh dishes and iconic bench-style seating, the newly refurbished space will bring a fresh energy to the Centre’s food scene, with the delicious yaki soba, soul-warming chilli chicken ramen, and refreshing juices served up fresh and full of flavour. From 17 November, wagamama will put a festive twist on their classic katsu curry by introducing the cranberry katsu. The limited-edition dish perfectly balances savoury, comforting flavours with a touch of festive sweetness. Crispy panko chicken is layered with silky, savoury katsu curry sauce and finished with a burst of sweet cranberry.

Global Executive Chef at wagamama, Steve Mangleshot says, “For our first-ever seasonal dish, we’ve made a festive play on our classic katsu by adding a cranberry twist. The cranberry katsu is comforting, packed with flavour, and set to be the trending dish of the holiday season.”

The cranberry katsu will be available from 17th November 2025, for a limited time only and while stocks last.
