About Clonakilty’s Inaugural Release
Clonakilty Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is crafted from barley grown on the family’s coastal farm where the salty air, soft rain, and sea mist infuse every grain.
This never to be repeated offer is bottled at 52% ABV and contains triple-distilled Clonakilty 2019 spirit. Matured in Ex-Bourbon, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, flavours of sweet vanilla and custard cream are complemented by notes of salted caramel and toasted nuts.
Marking Clonakilty Distillery’s entry into the realm of single pot still whiskeys, this inaugural expression precedes their main release at Whiskey Live in May 2024. Packaging includes a premium presentation box hand-signed by Founder, Michael Scully.
