Known for its bold flavours, vibrant packaging and delicious chocolate, Tony’s Chocolonely is on a mission to end exploitation in the cocoa industry. This month, Fairtrade Ireland launches its annual call to shop fair with Fairbruary and Tony’s reminds us that we can indulge while also creating positive impact!

From romantic gestures and friendship treats to midweek pick-me-ups, choose chocolate that tastes good and does good:

Galentine’s Day (13th February) – A moment to celebrate ride-or-die friendships, whether with a glass of wine, cuppa tea, or for a bestie date to see Jacob Elordi in Wuthering Heights, level up your gal date with a gift of Tony’s Pink Milk Caramel Biscuit 32% Bar 180g (from €5.25)

Valentine’s Day (14th February) – It’s the little gestures that mean the most, the ones that say “I saw this and thought of you” -Enter Tony’s Red Milk Chocolate 32% Bar 180g (from €5.25) – the colour of love and chocolate that tastes amazing and does good for the people behind every cocoa bean.

Random Acts of Kindness Day (17th February) - No card. No reason required. Just pick up Tony’s Caramel Sea Salt 32% Bar 180g (from €5.25) to brighten a colleague, neighbour, or friend’s day… or grab some Littl’ Bits Milk Choc Biscuit Mix (from €3.89) to share with them! Afterall, small acts of kindness can make a huge difference to someone’s day and mood.

Pancake Tuesday (17th February) –Let’s face it, pancake toppings are the real showstoppers. Drizzle your stack with Tony’s Everything Bar 180g (from €5.25) for rich, decadent indulgence, and sprinkle on some Pretzel and Caramel Bits for the perfect sweet-and-salty crunch. Melt it, chop it, or eat it straight from the bar... no judgment here!

Tony’s Chocolonely 2024/2025 Annual Fair Report, published recently, highlights how Tony’s stays committed to its mission despite challenging conditions of record cocoa prices and tricky harvest. The report shows that Tony’s continues to make positive impact recording below 5% child labour rates among long-term partner cooperatives, delivering change far beyond the industry average of 46.7%. Through Tony’s Open Chain initiative, the brand achieved 50% growth in ethical cocoa sourcing, ensuring more farmers are earning fairer pay, while 99.99% of Tony’s cocoa is verified deforestation-free.

By choosing Tony’s this February, shoppers can celebrate love, friendship and everyday kindness, join the Fairbruary movement, and support a brand that’s actively changing the chocolate industry for the better.
