Dingle Distillery has created a whiskey gift pack ideal for the whiskey drinker and the whiskey cocktail lover in your life this Christmas, containing a bottle of Dingle Single Malt, a whiskey glass, glass stirrer, and a bottle of bitters.
Matured in PX Sherry and Bourbon first fill casks and mixed with 7-year spirits, Dingle Single Malt is made by hand and with a critical eye to ensure top quality. Tasting notes of the whiskey include apples, caramel and raisins. On the nose, the whiskey is said to offer a combination of lime zest and mint, while the finish delivers a honey sweetness and mixed spice which lingers on the tongue.
Developed with Irish bitters maker, Off the Cuffe, using Dingle Single Malt New Make spirit as the base, the bitters are specially made for pairing with Dingle Single Malt. This Christmas, whether you’re creating classic cocktail favourites at home such as an Old Fashioned and a Manhattan or adding to a Hot Whiskey on a cold evening, the bitters make for an exquisite extra twist.
