Fit Foods, Ireland’s number one ready meal brand, has introduced a new range of ‘Mini Meals’, now available exclusively in larger Tesco stores and online at Tesco.ie. Protein-packed and fibre-filled, these meals are mini but mighty, designed with busy, modern lifestyles in mind.

Consumer consumption behaviours are constantly evolving, with ‘snackification’ and ‘fibremaxxing’ steadily on the rise. Rather than traditional sit-down meals, today’s consumers are embracing smaller, more frequent eating occasions and seeking more functional, fibre-rich foods that support gut health and energy levels, while leaving you feeling fuller for longer.

Fit Foods Mini Meals have been created with these growing consumer demands in mind - combining protein and fibre in perfectly portioned mini meals to create balanced, convenient, low-calorie options for busy young professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and families alike.

As an Irish family-run business, Fit Foods proudly make all of its products in a state-of-the-art facility in Co. Monaghan, and the new 250g–280g Mini Meals range now offers five delicious dishes available exclusively at Tesco:

  • Beef & Mash with Pepper Sauce - 250g - 23g protein, 8.4g fibre

  • Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni - 250g - 13g protein, 11.2g fibre

  • Pasta Bolognese - 250g – 23g protein, 10.9g fibre

  • Chicken Pesto Pasta - 280g - 23g protein, 9.8g fibre

  • Parmigiana Chicken with Garlic Potatoes - 280g - 20g protein, 9.1g fibre

Available on Clubcard, priced at 2 for €7 (RRP €3.89 each)

Whether it’s a light lunch between meetings, pre-workout fuel, or a satisfying snack on a busy day, Fit Foods Mini Meals are designed to fit seamlessly into modern routines without compromising on flavour or nutritional value.

The Fit Foods Mini Meals range is now available to purchase in larger Tesco stores nationwide and online at Tesco.ie
