The Saltwater Grocery in Terenure has created a programme of evening events on the theme of iconic foods and pairings, starting with The Return of the Native.
In a series of intimate gatherings early next month, with 2 sittings per night over 3 nights, guests will enjoy a hands on Oyster Shucking Masterclass with either Dermot Kelly of Kelly’s Oysters from Clarinbridge, Galway, or Niall Sabongi of Saltwater Grocery and Sustainable Seafood Ireland, with wine pairings by Le Caveau Wines, together with tapas and plenty of chat!

Blue Fin Tuna Night with tuna cutting by a sushi master and pairings with sake. (A future similar class will feature Swordfish) & Jamon and Sherry Night featuring 6 year aged Bellotta and the best of Spanish Sherry.
