wagamama is turning up the flavour this October with a menu full of fresh, feel-good dishes, available now. The line-up features sweet and savoury baos and nourishing mains, packed with vibrant flavours and bold ingredients.
At the heart of wagamama’s October menu is the kids’ bento box (€9), a customisable option designed for children under 12, the NOPE generation (No-touch Picky Eaters), and for parents who are seeking more variety and choice for their children’s meals. With over 1,000 possible combinations, kids can build their own meal by selecting a main, rice or noodles, fresh vegetables, and a delicious sauce, all served in separate compartments with gyoza and prawn crackers. This interactive format encourages children to engage during mealtimes and discover new flavours, beyond the usual kids’ menu options on offer.

Dr. Anna Colton, author and clinical psychologist specialising in child eating behaviours, adds, “When children can explore new foods at their own pace, they feel safe and in control, allowing them to be curious and try new food outside their usual repertoire. This gentle exposure is one of the best ways to help them expand what they eat. And when kids are given choice and independence around food, mealtimes become calmer and more enjoyable for everyone.”
Highlights on the new menu also include wagamama’s refreshed bao bun selection and comforting mains inspired by guest favourites. New savoury baos include korean fried chicken and tonkatsu pork, while korean barbecue brisket, hoisin pulled duck, and oyster & shiitake mushrooms have been refreshed to include more filling and a fluffier bun. For the sweet tooth – wagamama is offering dessert baos, with deep-fried baos filled with ice cream, include ube & cherry, matcha & chocolate and miso caramel with toffee.
Comforting mains feature a warming gochujang pork belly ramen that’s rich, spicy and satisfying, alongside a hearty katsu udon that showcases wagamama’s signature flavours. While the katsu udon has been created as a vegan dish, wagamama offers customisation in which guests can add chicken, tofu, or prawns!
Steve Mangleshot, Global Executive Chef at wagamama said, “Our new October menu is packed with fresh, bold flavours, from nourishing mains to shareable bao buns, giving guests more ways than ever to make every meal their own. Our bento boxes also give kids the chance to discover new flavours and enjoy a variety of carefully balanced dishes. Whether you are after something familiar or looking to try something new, the menu has something for the whole family.”
