Meticulously sourced from the very best Irish distilleries, married and blended into unique expressions of Irish liquid gold.â €
This is a smashing little dram, a triple distilled blend of malt & grain, matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks. Making way for a lovely mellow whiskey, apparent grain on the nose with a buttery, toffee apple sweet aroma. Creamy, caramel, stewed apple sweetness with a subtle short spiciness, followed by a soft and mellow vanilla finish. This one is very easy to drink, too easy perhaps!â €

Works very well in a whiskey sour or served with ginger ale and a wedge of lime.â €

Decent price point of around €50 a bottle. Definitely worth picking up to try.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Toffee apples, buttery croissants, brown sugar, marmalade and white flowers
Palate: Caramel, milk chocolate, stewed apples, white peppers and creamy vanilla.
Finish: Soft short-medium, vanilla.
