The Tribe Tickler Created by Mixologist Jamie McCabe. Ingredients • 40ml Tribe Irish Gin • 15ml Fig Liqueur (Aelred) • 10ml Orgeat Syrup (Monin) • 25ml Lemon Juice
• 20ml Egg Whites • 1 Dash of Salt Solution • 1 Small coin of fresh Ginger
Method • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker • Dry Shake and double strain into a cold coupe • Garnished with a few drops of Peychauds Bitters on the foam, run a toothpick through them to create a heart effect and an edible viola to finish • If you prefer a little fizz, add a drop of soda water or Champagne.
